Preparation: Cook in a preheated oven at 220°C for 8 minutes (until the mozzarella melts).


Storage and shelf life:

  • At a constant temperature of -18°C: see expiration date

  • At -12°C: 1 month

  • At -6°C: 1 week

  • Once defrosted, consume within 24 hours
