Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

Our products, including our curated chilled and frozen meal boxes, are available exclusively online through our website. These products may have limited availability. We aim to display accurate images and descriptions; however, variations may occur. We reserve the right to limit sales and to discontinue any product at any time.
 
Our products are shipped using temperature-controlled logistics. Deliveries cannot be left unattended; if left with a neighbour, the neighbour is responsible for storing them correctly (refrigerating or freezing) immediately. Because our food is perishable and/or sealed for hygiene reasons, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, and change-of-mind cancellations are not possible once an order has been dispatched. This does not affect your statutory rights where an order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise not as described — see our Refund Policy.
 
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and shipping information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders and to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection rules of their country of residence within the European Union.
