Shipping Policy
At Zietta, we deliver premium Italian food in two categories — chilled and frozen — using temperature-controlled transport to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
Delivery area
We currently deliver to:
- The Netherlands (mainland)
- Belgium (Flanders)
Delivery schedule
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 08:00 and 22:00. You will receive a 3-hour delivery-window notification by SMS or email before delivery.
Shipping fees
- Standard delivery (08:00–18:00): €9.99
- Morning delivery (08:00–13:00): €19.99
- Afternoon delivery (13:00–18:00): €15.99
- Evening delivery (17:00–22:00): €16.99
- Additional box (same address, same delivery): free
Delivery protocol
- We use temperature-controlled vehicles so your products stay within a safe temperature range throughout transit.
- Products cannot be left unattended. A person must be present to receive the delivery.
- If you authorise delivery to a neighbour, they become responsible for storing the products correctly (refrigerating or freezing) immediately. Zietta is not liable for quality issues caused by improper storage after the order has been received.
Missed deliveries
If no one is available to receive your order and no neighbour has been designated, your delivery may be rescheduled and additional charges may apply. We cannot guarantee product quality for deliveries delayed for reasons within your control.
Issues on delivery
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please inspect it on delivery and contact us at info@ziettabox.com within 24 hours, with your order number and photos where possible. Your statutory rights apply — see our Refund Policy for how we handle these cases.
