Shipping Policy
At Zietta Deli Box, we deliver premium fresh meals using temperature-controlled transport to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 8:00 and 22:00.
You will receive a 3-hour delivery window notification via SMS or email prior to delivery.
Shipping Fees
- First Box: €7,99
- Additional Box (same address, same delivery): free
- Members: Free delivery when using valid prepaid coupon codes (membership required).
Delivery Protocol
- We use temperature-controlled vehicles to ensure your frozen meals remain frozen throughout transit.
- Products cannot be left unattended at your door. A person must be present to receive the delivery.
- If you authorize delivery to a neighbor, they become responsible for immediately placing the products in a freezer. Zietta is not liable for quality issues resulting from improper storage after delivery.
Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive your order and no neighbor is designated, your delivery may be rescheduled, and additional charges may apply.
We cannot guarantee product quality for rescheduled or delayed deliveries.
Issues Upon Delivery
If your order arrives damaged or compromised (e.g., melted or incorrect items), please contact us immediately upon receipt at info@ziettabox.com. Include your order number and photos.
We will review the issue and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Note on Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our frozen products, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted once delivery is completed, except in cases of verified delivery errors or damage. See our [Refund Policy] for details.
